sort of...My whole world has been MS for the past 3 months. I'm hoping something happens that's blog worthy now that I'm home.

And the back problems have gone away? That's great!
not away...I was able to get through last week and am feeling better every day. I am trying to lift smarter and supported.goofy eh?
Not goofy. It's called getting older. We have to be smarter with how we take care of ourselves.Glad you got a warning (severe warning, but still . . .) instead of a message saying "Ain't gonna use them legs no more".So it's yucky, but not the worst it could be - not by a mile.
